  1. Mutable Medical Services LLC conducts criminal background checks on all employees. 
    1. We provide our clients with copies of our employees' live scans, Licenses and certifications.
  2. Mutable Medical Services LLC requires a 50% deposit before we provide our services. We also require that the full balance is paid by the end of event we are servicing. Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in lates.
    1. Late fees
      1. Failure to pay initial deposit or full amount by the end of the event will result in late fees ranging from $35 - $70 
      2. Failure to cancel our services within 24 hours will result in a $100 inconvenience fee.
    2. Deposit
      1. A 50% security deposit is required to confirm scheduled our services and must be paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
      2. If deposit isn’t paid 24 hours before the start of event, the full balance must be paid on the first day of the event. 
  3. Mutable Medical Services LLC is responsible for providing medical care up to a BLS (Basic Life Support) level. We also provide basic over the counter medicine.
    1. We do not diagnose illness or Injuries.
    2. Minors must have parents' verbal consent to receive over the counter medicines.
  4. Incident reports are only written when the 911 system has to be activated or if an employee or client feels the need to keep record of a particular incident.
